• Spiciness. Feel the fire with Carolina Reaper — the hottest chili pepper in the world. This isn’t just spicy; it’s a legendary heat experience. If you like it spicy but not too spicy, don’t add all of the chili seasoning.
• Texture. Our noodles are designed to stay firm and elastic, maintaining the perfect chewy texture even in the hottest broth.
• Authentic ramen experience. Delicious on their own, but even better when customized to your taste. Add a slice of melted cheese, crack in an egg, or serve with kimchi to create the perfect bowl of ramen.
Preparation instructions:
Bring 450 ml of water to a boil in a pot, add the noodles, and cook for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then add the seasonings and cook for another 1 minute, until the noodles soften. Add the hot chili mixture according to your desired level of spiciness.
Warning: Due to the extreme heat, add the chili mixture gradually, tasting as you go, until you reach a spiciness level that’s right for you.
